A list of permissions with the according actions or commands

* **epicpunishments.punish**\
  Access to /punish (required for reload and main GUI)
* **epicpunishments.reload**\
  Access to /punish reload (reloads config.yml)
* **epicpunishments.gui**\
  Access to /punish (player)
* **epicpunishments.teleport**\
  Access to teleport to a player when right clicking his head
